Green Moong Sprouts Fritters are tasty, delicious and nutritious even though they are fried. In the evening, when you need something along with a hot cup of tea, these moong fritters can be served with Coriander chutney as a satisfying snack.
Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted green Moong (fresh)
1 Tablespoon Besan (gram flour)
1 cup chopped Spring Onion
1 tablespoon chopped Green Chili
2 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon chopped Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Asafetida
1/2 cup chopped Cilantro
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon oil for moyan
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon fennel seed
Oil for deep frying

Procedure:
- Keep 1 tablespoon Sprouted Moong aside and Grind remaining Spouted moong with garlic cloves and ginger.
- Don't over crushed, make coarse paste without adding water.
- Add all spices, salt, green chilies chopped, fennel seed and spring onion chopped.
- Add chopped coriander leaves, 1 tablespoon of sprouted moong and besan(gram flour) mix properly make thick consistency of batter.
- Heat oil in frying pan on medium flame.
- Add 1 tablespoon of hot oil in batter and mix well.
- Drop a spoonful of batter in frying pan.
- Fry till golden brown and crispy. They are crispy outside and soft inside.
- Serve hot with coriander chutney.
