Coconut and Strawberry Raita is a delicious Indian Raita, perfect cooling balance for any spicy dishes like biryani, sambhar rice, cracked wheat (dalia) and khichadi. It can be eaten alone or used as a dip or sauce.

- 1/2 cup fresh coconut grated
- 1 green chili
- 1/2 cup thick home made yogurt (or organic or store bought)
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberry
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Take fresh grated coconut, fresh home made yogurt and green chili in blender and blend till smooth.
- Add salt, sugar and strawberry to yogurt mixture.
- Mix well and your Raita (Yogurt Dip) is ready to serve.

- You can use pomegranate seeds instead of strawberry.
- This Raita can be served with any spicy biryani, cracked wheat (delia), khichadi or pulao. It goes well with any meal.
- You can also add some dry fruits to this Raita.
