Dahiwale Kele ki Sabzi

Dahiwale Kele ki Sabzi :
 


Ingredients:
  • 3 raw Banana
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Green chilies (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter or ghee (or use oil)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon asafetida
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3-4 curry leaves
Method:
  1. Boil the Bananas, Peel it and cut it in thin slices.
  2. Heat Oil or butter in a pan, add cumin seed, asafetida and curry leaves.
  3. Then add turmeric powder, banana slices, green chilies and salt.  Mix it and sauté for some time. 
  4. Now add yogurt and sugar. Sauté it for 1 minute.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and Serve hot .
