Kele ki Sukhi Sabzi ( Dry Banana Sabzi):
Ingredients:
- 3 raw Banana
- 1 teaspoon chopped Green chilies (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Butter or ghee (or use oil)
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/8 teaspoon asafetida
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon khaskhas (poppy seeds)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon shredded fresh coconut
PROCEDURE:-
- Boil the Bananas, Peel it and cut it in thin slices.
- Heat Oil or butter in a pan, add cumin seed and asafetida.
- Then add turmeric powder, banana slices, green chilies and salt. Mix it and sauté for some time.
- Now add Lemon juice, poppy seeds, sugar and coconut. Sauté it for 1 minute.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and Serve hot .
