Pineapple and Grapes Sabzi (Cooked with fresh Pineapples, Grapes and mild spices)

- 1 cup cubed Pineapple
- 10-15 Grapes
- 2 Green Cardamom
- 2 Black Pepper
- 2 cloves
- 1 Cinnamon stick (break in pieces)
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Butter or ghee (or use oil)
- 1 teaspoon roasted Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander
1) Heat butter in a pan add 2-2 cardamom, black pepper, cloves and Cinnamon pieces.
2) Then add cubed Pineapples, salt, cumin seed powder and sugar. Mix it and sauté for some time.
3) Cook on slow heat till cooked and become soft.4) Now add Chili powder and grapes and cook for some time.
5) Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and Serve hot .
